Introduction This is an agreement between Oh Message FZC LLC, the owner and operator of the Oh!Message software and you (“you” or “You”), a user of the Service. By signing up for Oh!Message, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, AND Oh!Messages app’s PRIVACY POLICY. By signing up for Oh!Messages, you accept our Privacy Policy and agree not to:

• Use the app to send viruses, malicious programs, impersonation, fraud, phishing, spam or scam
• Promote discrimination, racism, violence, and hate speech
• Post insult, slander, defamation, or support criminal acts and skills
• Post pornography and nudity content
• Invade users’ privacy
• Violate Oh!Messages app’s rights, our users’ rights, including intellectual property
• Try to get unauthorized access to the app services or systems,
• Collect information about users by any unauthorized manner

You will agree to:

• Provide Oh!Message with your phone number to receive a verification code when you sign up,
• Receive text messages (verification codes) from our third-party providers
• Permit downloading and installing updates to the app.
